The tech, Ivan, that came out was very nice, respectful, honest and informative. First thing he put floor mat at the front door and put on booties before he entered my home. Next gave an overview about their services. After checking our issue provided a thorough explanation and then was able to fix the problem on site and my AC was running great afterwards. All around great service at reasonable price! Definitely recommend them.
Ivan is always friendly and transparent. He explains everything in easy to understand detail, and he shows pictures to make it more clear.

Ivan and team delivered phenomenal service and results from the moment I engaged with them. Had someone else come out first to help figure out the weird smell coming from my system and they were not helpful at all. Ivan came out and immediately knew the problem when I turned on my AC and didn’t even charge me for the service call since they didn’t have to enter the attic. They gave me a number of options and helped me choose one, and even offered to apply that cost to the next if it didn’t work. Never felt obligated or pushed or like I was getting hustled. They know their stuff and they’re super friendly.

Today Robert from AirPoint HVAC came out to perform a Summer tune up on my AC units. The units are 20 years old and we are the original owners of the home so I have had them tuned up regularly to maximize their service life. This being said I am very familiar with the process and I was very surprised with the level of detail that was performed. Robert completed things I have never seen other AHAC techs perform as part of the tune up process.I know the units are at the end of their service life and they will need to be replaced anytime now. Robert did not use this to up-sale me into new units. He was very honest and explained what I should expect from the units. He asked if I wanted him to write up an estimate for replacement units so I can know exactly what I will be facing in the future when we are ready to replace them.He actually had a spread sheet that explained based on the age of the units what amount would be considered too much to spend on repairs. This was to help clients decide if repairs were worth making that would ultimately not prolong the life of the unit by much. I found this information very useful.All and all this was a very good experience and I will be using AirPoint moving forward for my HVAC needs.
Had Airpoint come out and fix my ducting work for my central heating and Air-conditioning that a previous installer had left incomplete. They were able to correct the issues and now my system runs better than when first installed. Thank you guys for the great work and quick turnaround.
Everyone on the AirPoint team was professional and friendly, and made both system selection and installation a breeze. More importantly, after scrutinizing their work our City of Irvine inspector (notoriously critical) said, "Give them a good review. They knew what they were doing." Highly recommended.
